No soldering required! This diode and driver module includes a NUBM06 9mm 450nm diode pressed into a copper diode module and soldered to a 2.8A current regulated driver circuit that has been installed in a C6-style host "pill". Solder junctions have heat shrink tubing applied, lead wire is silicone insulated. All modules are tested for function and performance, minimum optical output power is 4,500 +/- 500mW with a G-1 or G-2 lens and 2 fully charged IMR 16340 or 18350 batteries. Actual measured output is written on the pill. This module can be used with P/N SL-SLS4LHA Survival Laser S4 Laser Host Assembly with the extended and tapered copper heat sink option, the P/N SL-S4XLHA S4X Laser Host Assembly with the extended and tapered heat sink option and the P/N SL-SLSS2LHA Survival Laser Stainless Steel Laser Host Assembly, Extended and Tapered Heat Sink. Module is packaged in an anti-static bubble bag.
Notes: Use of an extended and tapered copper heat sink is required with this module. The beam divergence of the high power 445nm diode used in this module is significantly higher than most other laser diodes due to the specific design and configuration of the diode emitter.
